Lost/Forgotten Password or Disabled Account
- If a password is forgotten or stolen, please visit an ID Services office to establish a new one. For security purposes, passwords must be issued in person with a valid DePaul ID card.
- For security reasons, accounts will become disabled if you enter the wrong password too many times; in that case, call the Technology Contact Center (312) 362-8765 for assistance.
