CRM

How good are your relationships with customers? If you want to creatively reach your customers and engage in productive dialogues, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) can help.

CRM is a customer-focused business philosophy designed to effectively create experiences that attract, acquire, and retain customers. CRM at DePaul translates this philosophy to enhance the experiences of DePaul students, faculty, and staff through improved interaction between the student and the university. The CRM group collaborates with other areas of the university to gather information about a targeted audience of students, staff, and/or faulty. This information allows us to better address the needs of these groups and thus create interactions that help us cultivate and sustain beneficial relationships. However, all CRM experiences are different as the CRM approach is tailored to suit your needs.

You can review CRM case studies to see how CRM helped other departments at DePaul.
