Request New E-mail/Network Access
Information Services creates and maintains the e-mail/network systems. Access to the DePaul e-mail and network systems are related and are enabled simultaneously. One will NOT be enabled without the other. A manager can request access for the following individuals:
- DePaul's full- and part-time faculty
- DePaul's full- and part-time staff
- Other approved individuals
- Fill out the New E-mail/Network Access Form once the hiring process has been completed and confirmed by Human Resources or the Career Center. You will need the following information for the account user:
- Full legal name (required)
- Empil ID (required)
- Title
- Office location
- Business phone/fax number
- Official department/project name
- Requester's Name and e-mail address
- Immediate manager's name and e-mail address (required)
NOTE: The Requester and immediate Supervisor/Manager cannot be the same individual. NetAdmin must have two levels for approval before access is enabled.
