    3. Read through the Disclaimer and accept if you agree to the terms.
    4. Enter Campus Connect User ID and Password to log into the system.
    5. Configure your mobile device for email sync
      • iPhone/iPad: Detailed screenshot instructions are available.
      • Other mobile devices: Follow manufacturer and service provider instructions to configure ActiveSync

The Technology Support Center (TSC) is only able to provide full mobile device support services for DePaul University Faculty and Staff using mobile devices procured by the University. If a mobile device is the personal property of the user, the TSC may only provide a limited level of support. In such cases, it is the user’s sole responsibility to set up the device and ensure it functions properly. For personal mobile devices that fail to sync successfully, users are advised to contact their phone manufacturer or wireless carrier’s customer service. Anytime a mobile device is connected to DePaul’s email system, there is potential for data loss. DePaul University and the TSC are not responsible for data lost on a user’s mobile device, regardless of whether the device is personally owned or University owned.

If you have any questions, please email or call the TSC at (312) 362-8765 for assistance.
