Exchange is an e-mail and calendar server used by DePaul faculty, staff, and student workers. All new employees receive an Exchange account, which also enables you to connect to the university's network, file folders and printers. Your e-mail address is username@depaul.edu.
Mac users can access their account through the Entourage client, part of the Office 2008 for Mac suite.
How to configure Entourage client
If you prefer not to use Entourage, or if you use wish to check e-mail from home or another computer, you can view your e-mail in a web-based format at http://outlook.depaul.edu. Webmail can do many, but not all, of the same things as Entourage.

The University will soon be migrating mailboxes on a per-department basis to Exchange 2010. If your mailbox has been moved from 2003 to 2010, you will no longer be able to use Entourage. You will need to download and install Outlook 2011 for Mac, part of the Office 2011 for Mac suite. Please see Outlook 2011 for Mac Access for Exchange 2010 Mailboxes for more details.
For more information and training opportunities with Entourage, contact the MPT training team.
Note: Everyone who uses an Exchange account should read and understand the Outlook Account Management policy.
