Student Residence Hall Telephone Service

Residence hall rooms are equipped with telephone connections for on-campus, local, and 911 calling. Standard features provided are call waiting, three-way calling, and call forwarding. In addition students can opt-in for voice-mail service. Students need to provide their own telephone and purchase a calling card for all long distance and international calls.

Students who would like to opt-in and take advantage of voice-mail service:

Connect a telephone to the voice jack (BLACK)
Note the extension from the voice jack, your Residence Hall name, and room no.
Call TCC at ext. #28765 from your land line
Open a ticket with a Client Support Specialist and give them following information
- Your name
- Your extension
- Residence Hall Name
- Room No.
- Your email address
Student will receive an email confirmation 48hrs after submitting a ticket stating voice-mail service has been activated
