What happens during the Deploy Phase?

Deployment complexity varies with the size and complexity of the project. Large, complex projects may have a pilot, followed by several roll out phases. Small or simple projects may go out to the entire University at once.

The Deploy Phase is broken down into three major tasks: Implement-Check-Adjust. Starting with the first roll out (Implement), system performance and any bugs are monitored, recorded (Check) and fixed (Adjust). If there are multiple roll out phases, adjustments made be made between roll outs to provide the best possible experience for the users.

How do you know when the Deploy phase is complete?

Once the system is rolled out to the entire user community, it moves into the Support Phase.
