What We Do How We Do It How We Are Organized Our Vision, Purpose & Goals Who to Call for What		Posted August 28, 2009 Dear Faculty and Staff, Information Services (IS) spent the summer implementing a new organizational structure to improve customer service and clarify lines of responsibility. As a result, we have eliminated four managing director positions and created three new director positions to lead our three new departments, which are Development, Infrastructure and Services. In addition, the group formerly known as Blue Fusion has moved from IS into Enrollment Management and Marketing and no longer uses that name. Both Web and print services are now housed in Marketing Communications. Please see their new contact information below. Our restructuring transformed 15 small teams into three comprehensive teams under the three new directors. This reorganization was designed to better serve the university community and conform to a more traditional information technology structure prevalent in the industry.
