Information Services Quality Policy 

The Information Services division of DePaul University is committed to providing the highest quality information technology experience for our students, faculty, staff and other members of the DePaul community. Our commitment to quality improvement will contribute directly and indirectly to DePaul's mission. We are committed to a quality management system that conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and that ensures proper communication, collaboration and coordination of all our activities and helps us implement innovative solutions for our constituents. This quality management system is the means by which we plan, manage, audit and improve quality and is a key part of how we communicate with our constituents. Quality management will be applied to every aspect of our work and it will be part of everyone's responsibilities to contribute to the quality process.
