The PeopleSoft 9.0 System Upgrade will take place this summer over the Fourth of July weekend, and beginning July 7th, you will find an updated look and feel to self-service and administrative functionality in Campus Connection.   We would like to take a moment to tell you about some of the exciting changes.

New Look and Feel

Campus Connection will have a new look and feel, and you will notice enhancements throughout the system, including:

• New user-friendly, folder-based navigation  
• Reorganized left-side menus with a “Search” function for quick navigation
• A new grid feature allowing you to download the results from a search record into an Excel spreadsheet—this feature is available where ever you see the grid icon   

Enhanced Self-service Functionality

In addition to the new look and feel, you will have the ability to use enhanced self-service abilities, such as:

• Streamlined position request process
• Ability to submit an employee termination request online
• Enhanced Time and Labor functionality for both time reporting and approval
• Ability to add or change your own direct deposit information online
• Ability to submit federal and state tax information electronically without obtaining a paper form
