Lost Password
There are three options for resetting a forgotten or lost Campus Connection password:
Option 1 (Only for people who have established a password question)
- If you forgot your password, go to Campus Connection. Instead of attempting to login, simply click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the main login page.
- Answer your secret question properly. You will receive an e-mail with a new password. (For information about setting up a password, visit Change Password.)
- To ensure that your password gets e-mailed to the correct address, remember to update the e-mail preference field in Campus Connection.
Option 2:
- If you have not established a password clue, contact the Technology Contact Center (TCC) at Ext. 2-8765.
- Technology Contact Center staff will ask you several questions to verify your identity and can prompt the system to generate and send you a new randomly-generated password.
- Again, make sure that your current e-mail address is recorded in Campus Connection.
Option 3:
- Visit an ID Services office in person. Be sure to take a photo ID with you.
- This option is required if you are unable to verify your identity in the options above.
