Change Your Password

To change your password, log in to Campus Connection and click on the "Change My Password" link.

Follow the appropriate link, create your password, and click "OK."

Create a Password Question for Yourself

We strongly recommend that you create a password question for yourself! If you ever forget your password, answering this question correctly will result in an e-mail with a new password.

Log in to Campus Connection, go to the "Change My Password" link in the main menu, and click on the link to "Create/change password reset question."
Establish an answer to a secret question that only you can answer.

Password rules:

Your password must be at least eight characters long. A maximum length of 32 characters is allowed.
Your password must include at least one digit (0 through 9)
Your password must include at least one of these special characters:
! @ # $ ^ * ( ) - _ = \ | [ ] {} ; : / ? . > <

No more wimpy passwords!

Do not use common words or dictionary words of any language
Do not use birthdays, anniversaries, or other dates
Do not use phone numbers
Do not use social security numbers
Do not use DePaul Numbers (a.k.a. EMPLIDs)
Do not use words spelled backwards
Never write down your password for Campus Connection (or anything else for that matter)
