Audio/Visual Equipment
VCRs with monitors or projectors, and computers are available to faculty and staff for classes, workshops, and presentations through Information Service's field support area.
- All classrooms are wired for Internet and network access.
- Many classrooms are fully equipped with presentation technology, including an LCD projector, VHS player and networked PC.
- The Field Support staff can provide individual training to teach you to operate the classroom equipment.

Usage Notes:
- Faculty and staff are encouraged to order equipment with ample advance notice.
- Orders for Loop and Lincoln Park classroom equipment must be placed by 4 p.m. on the preceding business day.
- Due to the popularity of some items, Field Support may be unable to fill last-minute requests for equipment.
Having problems using the equipment during class?
- If you experience problems with the technology during your class,
call the Technology Contact Center (TCC) emergency line at Ext. 2-5900 and ask to have a Field Support technician dispatched to your classroom.
