Who to Call for PeopleSoft or Campus Connection

Use this chart to determine who to contact regarding various PeopleSoft and Campus Connection topics. The Technology Contact Center (i.e. the Help Desk) is the central point of contact for all questions or issues related to Campus Connection usage and passwords. Call the Technology Contact Center at (312) 362-8765 (or Ext. 2-8765 from any campus phone).

  • Look for the “Help” link when logged in to Campus Connection for a quick guide that answers common questions
  • Training sessions and quick guides are also available online at ITD's web site

Portal Working Group
  • The Portal Working Group’s membership changes based on the issue or topic being addressed
  • The group works on Campus Connection (portal) issues as directed by the Portal Governance Board
  • To submit a recommendation, suggestion or comment about Campus Connection (the portal), log in to Campus Connection and submit your suggestions by using the “Comments / Feedback” link
  • For academic issues that the group is currently working on, contact Melissa Koenig, ITD mkoenig2@depaul.edu
  • For all other issues (technical, administrative, operational) contact Richard Ashwell, IS rashwell@depaul.edu
