PeopleSoft Access Instructions

Some DePaul employees have job functions that require access to information in the PeopleSoft system, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to access the resources you need to do your work. At the same time, DePaul takes a "best practices" approach to protecting the integrity of our administrative systems and data. Confidential university and student data is protected by federal law.

To request administrative PeopleSoft access for someone, follow these steps:
  1. A VP, dean, director or manager determine access needs for employees based on the employee's role. Security leads can help with this.

  2. Once the security requirements are defined, the appropriate request form must be completed.
    • Any employee seeking access to PeopleSoft must read and agree to the terms set forth in the DePaul Data Policy.

  3. After the form has been submitted, appointed university representatives review the request. If the request is approved, access information will be provided.
If you want to remove access from an individual who is longer employed by the university, please complete the Delete Outlook/Exchange Account form to remove Outlook and PeopleSoft access.

PeopleSoft Financial Access

To request access to the PeopleSoft financial system, please e-mail FinSystemsecurity@depaul.edu.

What about your personal information?
