Update Card Reader Access List

Authorized department or college representatives can:
  • Request access to a restricted area
  • Remove someone's access to an area
  • Find out who has access to an area
Are you authorized?
  • Authorized representatives are usually designated within a university department.

    • Directors, department chairs, administrative staff, and budget managers are examples of common designees
  1. Contact the Technology Contact Center (TCC) at Ext. 2-8765 and have them create a ticket for your request.

    1. Provide the following information when making the request:

      • Type of request (see above)
      • Your name
      • Name of the person(s) to be added or removed (when applicable)
      • Your department, building and room number
      • Your phone number
      • You e-mail address
      • Any special access needs. Ex: After hours access, time changes, etc

  2. After the ticket has been created, an IS technician may call to verify the request.

  3. If the access request is approved, the technician will complete the request and follow up with you to confirm completion or update you.
