Update Card Reader Access List
Authorized department or college representatives can:
- Request access to a restricted area
- Remove someone's access to an area
- Find out who has access to an area
Are you authorized?
- Authorized representatives are usually designated within a university department.
- Directors, department chairs, administrative staff, and budget managers are examples of common designees
- Contact the Technology Contact Center (TCC) at Ext. 2-8765 and have them create a ticket for your request.
- Provide the following information when making the request:
- Type of request (see above)
- Your name
- Name of the person(s) to be added or removed (when applicable)
- Your department, building and room number
- Your phone number
- You e-mail address
- Any special access needs. Ex: After hours access, time changes, etc
- After the ticket has been created, an IS technician may call to verify the request.
- If the access request is approved, the technician will complete the request and follow up with you to confirm completion or update you.
