Sean Horan, an assistant professor of communication at DePaul University, was recently named one of the top 20 most published and prolific researchers in communication.

The study, conducted by researchers at California State University, Long Beach, looked at the most productive researchers in communication from 2007-11. 

“I believe research should be shared with everyone, not just students and other professors. I feel very honored to be on a list with such accomplished researchers that I deeply respect,” said Horan.

The researchers state the list represents the top 1% of faculty in the field of communication. The study will appear in the October issue of Communication Education.
